Great shop, you have to eat properly here if everything is "normal" again

Buffet with a lot of choice and very tasty. We love coming here and are happy with the food and service.

It's always nice to come here, you are welcomed and served in a friendly manner. I would like to highlight Schalah from all the staff, she is always friendly, helpful and fulfills our every need. Top and only to be recommended.

We were there around 7:30 p.m. and after a minute the drink was already there ... Service is not the nicest but otherwise everything is good!

The breakfast buffet has slackened a lot compared to 3/4 years ago. For two weeks in a row we only had two different types of rolls to choose from and the next time we "only" ordered rolls that were already filled. The reminded of old "Aufbackbrötchen". VERY BAD. We were always used to better things from you

Great location. Nice waitresses. Food ok, but not everything. Annoying is a female waitress who hurriedly rearranges all tables and chairs, even when you're eating, that's annoying

Food is very good. As the café is very busy, reservations should be made in advance. The service goes like this.

I ordered a wine spritzer that wasn't sweet enough for me, so I asked the waitress to pour some more Sprite. Because of this request, I had to wait about 30 minutes for my drink.

Spent lunch there with a team of 33 people. The entire team, the restaurant management and the owner impressed us with their flexibility, very courteous and forward-looking service, a fair and transparent offer structure, good prices and, last but not least, very tasty food. The ambience is modern and yet cozy. A look at the menu showed that there really is something for every eating habit. "Special requests" from my team were responded to very quickly and courteously. After the break, everyone was fed up and rested and able to go back to work. Clear recommendation.

I've been to eat here several times and now want to leave a review. Overall, I think the café is nicely decorated and the selection is quite large. I've ordered a pizza margarita here several times and didn't find it so tingly. The dough was very thin and the layer on top was very needy. But that doesn't have to mean that there are other delicious dishes here.

The service was very friendly and relaxed. The meat and sauce were of good quality. Unfortunately there was very little sauce and the fries were not my taste. But the bottom line is already recommendable.

Wanted to buy cigarettes asked 3 waiters and at the checkout they couldn't change 5 € then I would never have expected a waitress so cheeky and impolite. I know it is the machine from another company. You have such a great place. Then you should order a machine from a better company. so that you can also pay with bills. I know that you are not obliged. but you can still be of help. even if you don't help or don't want to help you can be nicer.

You should take a lot of time here. We always had to get up and speak to the staff specifically to order something. Unfortunately, nothing is refilled 1 1/2 hours before the end of the breakfast buffet. So you should be there early to be able to take advantage of the full range of offers. The selection is okay, I missed eggs (soft and hard-boiled), for example. Pizza at the breakfast buffet attracted me, unfortunately I was disappointed and it was totally burned. If you live right around the corner, a spontaneous visit is okay. I wouldn't go there specifically.

I've been going to Cafe New York for some time and I've always felt in good hands there. Unfortunately it wasn't like that today. The location was clear and not as crowded as usual. We sat inside in good view of the bar and the staff. Nevertheless it took 15 minutes until someone asked if we would like to drink something. You had to wait another five minutes for the drinks. After the glasses were empty, they stayed there for half an hour. Interestingly, the next table was served perfectly while we were repeatedly overlooked. The question of whether we would like to eat did not even arise. So we paid and then went to eat somewhere else. It's a pity, because I really enjoy being there. If it had been very crowded, I would have understood. But we were sitting centrally in front of the bar, in the direct field of view of the staff. I hope that it was a one-time thing today and that the service will be back as I am used to in the future.

Our food was forgotten or not even sent by the waitress. We sat outside for 50 minutes without anyone coming back to us. We didn't see the waitress at all. The second waiter, who, despite the lack of dishes, charged us for the drinks, was friendly.

Very nice service. Were positively scared when my husband got his salad and I got my pancake 😀. Very much and super delicious. All fresh products and not expensive.

Good place. Good food. Good service. I had a mojito which was very tasty. It's also very close to our apartment, so we will definitely visit again.

I was going to give 2 stars but I decided to add a third for overall cleanliness. To be fair, the restaurant is very clean, as are the restrooms (WC). The food is mediocre at best. The olives in the greek salad were not even Kalamata olives. Instead they were the regular olives from a can, which have no flavor. The pommes frites were full of oil, very greasy and the seasoning had a sweet taste to it - not very good at all.

Honestly the worst pizza known to mankind. Smh. As a true New Yorker, they should definitely change their name. The pizza was trash! I doubt I’ll go back to try anything else. I give two stars because my Sprite was good and the waitress was very nice.

Good food but staff did not give change when paying the bill. I would have happily left a tip for gratitude after paying. Due to this fact I am giving it an OK review

Celebrated my birthday here,and it was an awesome Brunch!they are friendly and helpful!the food is good too...price is just ok.

A good place to drink a cup of coffee or tea of maybe grab a snack but the snack's prices are too high for the quality of the food and their tea menu is not so diverse, they lack some classics like Earl Grey or English Breakfast Tea.

Delicious drinks!

Good food and very helpful staff. When it's busy service gets a little slower but the staff make up for it with helpful extras and going the extra mile. Have had the burgers and sandwiches which are excellent. The pizza is good but could do with some refining. The margaritas are very good in the hot weather. Chilled out vibe. Would recommend.
